The pouch will accommodate all cell phones with the dimensions of 7.48"x 3.94" or smaller. Plus size phones such as the iPhone 14 Pro Max & Samsung S22 Ultra fit. The chest phone holder perfectly fits my iphone 14 pro max even with case without bouncing during run.

I sweat a lot and often the middle of the chest area is drenched after workout. How sweat proof is the centre phone pocket?

The center phone pocket is mesh on the inside. It’s meant to be more breathable than sweat proof. So it may help control the amount you sweat but wouldn’t do anything to protect your phone. Hope that helps :)
