I have found to grow a bit more find each time I use this brand. It’s a subtle yet fairly quick developing golden tan, within 8 hours. It is really creamy and smooth, so it is so easy to cover entire body evenly. Tne smell is close to borderline, having tnat “fake tan” smell, but it doesn’t fullyFall into that category to me. The tan develops quickly throughout the day,And lasts a few good full 3-4 days, without running off too Much; that’s with showering daily. The only thing that keeps It from being a 5 star in myOpinion, is the 3rd or 4tn day,A major exfoliation is needed and to start backOver with a clean slate. Otherwise it starts toLook dirty, like you went camping and swimming at the lake all weekend.Close to riding home in the back of pick up on a dirt road, without drying completely off after getting out of the lake, and collecting a bit of road dust on the way home. All and all this is my new go to along with L’Oreal Sublime Bronze.

I don’t normally use self tanner but this was made me glow in the dead of winter. Smells good and easy to apply.

I have used this product many times in the past. This time, the lotion has an orange-y color to it, whereas before it was more bronze. Not sure if I’ll order again

It works well. Scent is not over powering. You do need to be careful and rub the lotion in well and evenly so you do not end up with uneven coloring.

Ive only tried 4 different self tanners so Im no expert at all. I definitely had streaks but I didnt spend a lot of time making sure to apply it evenly. I applied it the same way I do with other self tanners and never had this problem so maybe this product needs a little more careful application and drying time. For the price, I will try it again and keep that in mind. Also the smell was not bad at all.

Very watery - the lotion is ok creates a light tan but very watery

A friend told me about this product, and while they purchased at a local store, I was not able to find it there. Always a go-to is Amazon to locate what you need. And next day delivery and auto renewal is so easy just when you need it. You can’t bear the price for the quality. I do wish I could have more color but I like instant gratification and want fast results. You do see color quickly but it has to be built up. Color enhances with more use, but very natural. I tend to run out more quickly than I should and the color can fade a little more quickly than some would like. Most definitely recommend using a mitt as it can stain your hands but by far NOTHING compared to other self tanners. If you’re looking for some quick color before going out just put on another layer. Be sure to let it dry. The lotion can run off onto clothes if you don’t wait at least an hour so i do it after a shower, but exfoliate and shave. It you can wait till next day it’s recommended to remove any residue from exfoliation products and to close pores if you shave. If you don’t need to do either than go for it after a shower. Also be sure to use a water based moisturizer. My problem is reaching hard to spot areas like the upper to middle back so either use one of those long mitts you can hold with both hands on each side and go back and forth…OR ask someone to help out. Oh! And make sure not to miss rubbing in at ankles and don’t make a hot mess with your feet or wrists that’s where you can you can see lines show up. But this is for any self tanner. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a color that looks natural

The reviews about the spray seem believable. I stopped using spray sunless tanners many years ago. The lotion version of this product is pretty darn good. I have been an avid user of sunless tanners for over 20 years now. I think this one might be my favorite. On some people it might look orange more than tan, but I think that depends on how the body reacts, and also visual perception. This product doesn’t stain things, it fades decently, and it doesn’t smell bad.

I discovered Australian Gold products a few years ago, ironically on holiday in Daytona Beach in Florida in Walgreens Pharmacy. I have used them religiously ever since. The gradual tan is so easily applied, lovely scent (most self tans stink) it doesn't stain your clothes or completely ruin your bed sheets if you use it at night, ok there is a little transfer but nothing that an ordinary machine was won't sort out. You can put it on before a night out and you won't smell like a digestive biscuit! It comes up quickly and give you a really lovely golden colour, many people ask me if I have been on holiday it looks that natural. I love all the Australian Gold products, the sun creams with self tanner are a big hit with me too. I feel they are reasonably priced compared to others on the market.

Very natural

Mi è arrivato con largo anticipo e mi sto trovando molto bene. Ha un profumo molto dolce che dopo qualche ora tende al classico odore di autoabbronzante, ma a me non da' alcun fastidio.Il colore somiglia molto alla mia abbronzatura, anche se tende un po' all'arancione, ma finora nessuno si è accorto che sto usando un autoabbronzante.Il punto forte secondo me è l'INCI, che spesso è sottovalutato per questi prodotti: qui il DHA è il secondo ingrediente dopo l'acqua e anche il resto della composizione è naturale, senza oli minerali o siliconi ( infatti i tre ingredienti dopo il DHA sono olio di vite, di girasole, di mandorle) quindi nutre la pelle proprio come una crema idratante.
