They’re really soft and comfortable. Not much difference between medium and large, but if you’ve got thick thighs you absolutely should go large. Size guide said medium should work for me, but they were very tight on the thighs. Got large and they’re perfect.

Best brand on the market. Hanes are too baggy in the crotch; offer NO support whatsoever. Fruit of the Loom uses crappy elastic which dry rots or loses elasticity within a year. Jockey is wildly inconsistent; with some pairs in a given pack fitting great while others (of the same size!) being as lousy and unsupportive as Hanes. Pair of Thieves is the only brand out right now that I have found offering consistent fit combined with actual support for one's... package.Highly recommend.
