I looooove this mat. We use it on the IKEA Antilop high chair (highly recommended bc it's SO easy to clean!). Our bean had recently taken to swiping her hands rapidly through everything on the high chair tray and swirling it all around, veryyyy messily. This tray keeps her from doing that and also seems to help her pick up smaller pieces of slippery food that might otherwise get "chased" away by her imprecise pincher grip (she's still working on it!). The mat sticks well -- it can't be picked up by her pulling on the raised parts of the tray -- but is easy to remove if you lift from the edges. She hasn't totally figured that part out yet ... here's hoping she won't for awhile! The included heat-sensitive spoons are also a nice touch; very soft silicone with wide bowls.

This mat even has somewhat of a suction action if it’s on a smooth surface. My kids are doing an amazing job eating with this. I have twins and it was important I get something that could assist me in making as small a mess as possible. They were both going to be eating and learning at the same time; there’s only one of me. So I couldn’t just have all my attention on one child. I also have a toddler I have to give direction to while trying to teach so this was very important to me. I don’t have to worry about them having trouble with it sliding around (it also has some weight to it) or the suction wearing off. I only use one section as of now though and it’s bottom portion. But it allows me to put small portions of food and with the higher walls the boys have an easier time scooping out the food. I also got great bibs that collect the fallen food so that is definitely a necessary addition for me. But with this mat this experience of teaching babies to feed themselves has been the best yet. It’s been easy and I haven’t had food EVERYWHERE. And my kids love the spoons

We sat it down on our desk as soon as we got it and pressed down on the middle. We slapped at it like a toddler might and tried to pick it up and the thing is actually REALLY adhesive even though there arent any actual suction cups ! We have no doubt that it will be perfect for our 11 month old. Really excited to use this and going to buy more. Definitely a good buy for kids who like to throw their bowls of vegetables on the floor.

Love this very well constructed, sturdy, yet flexible plate for my 18 month old! The spoons were an added bonus as well. Perfect size for him to hold and big enough to actually fit a mouth full on. I have no complaints about this product in fact, I would like to get another one. For the price, you can’t beat it. Very well made, very user friendly, and kid/parent approved. Also doesn’t slide anywhere while child eats.

This has been a nice option for feeding our 15month old who likes to swipe all of her food on the ground when she is done eating. Helps reduce that a bit with the compartments. She also hasn’t lifted it off the table and dumped it yet. It sticks well to the table if both the plate and the table are smooth and clean. Love that i can easily toss it in the dishwasher. The spoons were a nice bonus and are a great size and shape.

The placement is ok so far so my 10 month old loves to flip it upside down.However the spoons that come with it are the best. They are narrow / small enough to fit into my son’s mouth. Some of the other baby spoons I have bought are too wide and probably more appropriate for older babies or those with bigger mouths.

don't understand how this mat works, but it's amazing. The mat is made of a high-quality, softish silicon. Super easy to clean.Bought this as a gift for my friends, I'm sure once I have my own I'll be buying more of these.The free spoons are great and let you know if the food is to hot by changing color (very cool feature)

My daughter loves this plate, its fun shaped and its great for me because the silicone is easy to clean and helps stick to her tray. She is 14 months and really into pushing bowls and plates off. Like the three different sections too because she likes picking from them.
