My husband broke his knee (didn't know that was possible) and has to wear a full mobility knee brace. The brace would rub on him and make his skin irritate. I ordered these sleeves and he loves how they fit. The keep the brace from rubbing on his skin wrong. They are light. They stay up on his thigh properly. (We did order the large size first and seem to run small.) We purchased the xl size even though he is a small guy. I like that it comes in a pack of 8 so he has multiple to use. He is an avid snowmobiler as well so he uses these sleeves under his knee braces for the sled as well. These have held up great. He's been using them about 2 months now and no signs of wearing out.

I recently had extensive surgery as a result of breaking my tibia and fibia. The surgery resulted in numerous plates and screws in my lower leg. I was looking for such a product that I could wear under my full leg brace (Freedom Leg Brace 3.0) to prevent my skin from pinching and rubbing on the inside of the brace while I go through therapy to walk again. This has workedperfect. The fit is very comfortable to wear. These are stretchable and easily pull over my sensitive ankle without contact. Unlike other similar products, these do not slide down my leg as I move throughout the day. Addtionally even with my brace off these are very comfortable to wear and my legs feel much better with far fewer aches pains and burning which I was feeling sporadically prior to trying theses.

These are great for what they are. 4/5 stars only becuase I was purchasing to wear under a brace (works great for that) but I was wanting something to stop my leg brace from sliding under my slacks. I had ACL surgery and wearing the brace under my slacks is a problem as it tends to slide. These did not prevent that.PROs: Size was perfect. Used a large (17.5") on my 20.25" leg and it is very comfortable. No issue wearing for long periods. Live in a hot climate and no issues with leg overheating. I like the fact that you get multiple with differnt colors. I still wear under the brace as it is no worse than ont he skin directly and it is more comfortable that skin contact with brace. Easily washed (so my wife tells me) :). I will plan on wearing this after my brace comes off for a little added support and think they will work great for that. Overall happy with the purchase.

These have been very helpful to me after tearing the MCL in my right knee. If I don't wear the sleeve the MCL starts bothering me. Next, they are tight if you have big thighs. I have hiker/walker muscular setup. They have worked out fine for me.

Thigh fits well, will stay and not loose, comfortable. The rest get no compression at all so for sure very comfortable as a UV protection. I need small size. But mailman would need these.

Sleeves were well made and sized ...just too slick for my brace...caused it to slip. May be fine for other braces. I am using as arm covers when pulling sting weed.

I'm a delivery driver with a torn meniscus, so until I can get it repaired and be out of work for months, I am wearing a full unloader knee brace. The brace is great, but with six straps, all with some gel to keep it in position, and working 10 hour days. The strapping has left painful welts on the back of my leg.Thought this would be the solution. They feel great, fit good. But even with 6 straps and cranked to where you are left with marks that last till the next day on my legs, I could not make more than 3 trips in and out of a building without having my brace fall down to my ankle. They feel so good, I did not even feel the brace slip, until it was obvious from the pain and the face that I could not bent my leg, which caused even more pain, since I was trying to bend it. Surprised no one else has not commented about this. And many of the pics show braces no where near as heavy duty as mine. Maybe only OK if your not that active?
