Best non-stick pan I've ever used!
Amazing!!! The first thing I made in my Caraway muffin pan was Banana Nut muffins. Removed them with my fingers after they cooled for about 10 minutes. The photo speaks for itself. I WAS a Greenpan girl, NOW I'm a Caraway girl! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

Caraway Bakeware
My daughter requested this item, Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic 12-Cup Muffin Pan, among other Caraway items. She is slowly restocking her kitchen with Naturally Slick Ceramic Coating type cook and bakeware. Caraway has been highly recommended by many cooks and I'm sure she'll enjoy it.

Solid, Non-Stick, and Bakes Beautifully
This Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic 12-Cup Muffin Pan is a great addition to any kitchen. It’s easy to clean, truly non-stick, and bakes evenly every time. My chocolate chip walnut banana bread muffins come out perfectly, and I’ve even used it for cookies with great results. The pan has a bit of weight to it and feels solid and well-made—not flimsy like cheaper options. It also looks great, which is a bonus if you care about aesthetics in your bakeware. I can see this lasting for years to come. Highly recommended!

For Baking Lovers
I’m trying to get rid of toxic cookware. This item is incredibly durable and gets the job done. I keep buying this brand little by little to fully replace my existing items. Glad to find alternatives out there.

New fave pan for popovers
My new favorite popover pan. I make muffins and popovers and have had a sticking problem with my popovers recently. This type of pan came recommended and has been working out fabulously.

Overall Good Pans
So far I like these muffin tins. I got so sick of greasing the heck out of my aluminum ones and then prying out whatever I baked in them, but I don't like Teflon-based nonstick. My first time baking with these Caraway ones the muffins practically popped out on their own they released so easy and it wasn't terrible to clean them by hand, although I would always prefer using the dishwasher. They are quite heavy but have good, wide handle areas. The green finish is a forest green rather than a sage or minty/aqua green. My two gripes are that the color was not as expected (I really wish they would show better photos--and names--of the colors!), and that they were waaay overpackaged. I mean, I just paid 50 bucks a pop for these pans, so I want them well protected, but 7 boxes for two pans is just nonsense. I guess I can appreciate that they were recyclable cardboard rather than more plastic waste, and I would honestly buy them again (in a different color) and recommend them to others.

Worth the $
Really nice quality. My muffins came out super easily and did not stick at all (I used Pam but I suspect they wouldn’t stick even if I didn’t use it.)

The Lexus of muffin pans
I threw away my last muffin pan because it was rusting. I bought the Caraway because it looked like a better product. After a few months and many visits to the oven, it has proven itself to be the Lexus of muffin pans and far superior to my old rust bucket. Nothing sticks that can't be washed away with a sponge and water. Although I use parchment liners, some muffins, such as blueberry muffins, leak sticky juices that bake onto the tray. They soak off easily. It isn't dishwasher safe, but it is so easy to clean, that doesn't matter to me. My muffins come out evenly baked and perfect. It may be more expensive than some of the other muffin pans but it is well worth the extra cost.
