This is a great read for kids !! Really shows the importance of valuing small animals.Love this book and will be showing it to my friends kids !!

Bought this amazing children's book for our niece's 7th birthday. She loves it and told us "it tells me everything I need to know about having a hamster!" A perfect gift for the little ones! :)

This delightful book is beautifully illustrated and filled with accurate information about owning a small pet - from a proper sized enclosure to ensuring our small friends see the vet when they're unwell. As a Syrian hamster breeder, it isn't often that we see good care emphasized. "Who Has a Pet Hamster?" will surely inspire young and old readers alike to give their pets - even tiny ones - the best lives possible. I have always said that the change we want to see in pet care will happen with children, and this book has done exactly that. It should be placed in classrooms around the world.

My children love this book - it's a bedtime favourite! The illustrations are adorable! I appreciate that it touches not only on hamster care, but also on the food chain and that leaves room for discussion with older children as well. So good we bought another copy as a present for their cousin.
