No I am not fat but was expecting to see changes in the few weeks I have it so far using. Nothing yet but it does help with pain, I have tried. Will update if I see anything else change, like abs 😁. Just make sure you but some extra pads, when worn out, will induce electric shock 😂. I have experience, lol. Otherwise good product, get one

Great product, great packaging, good looks, simple but like many of the goods coming out of China, the instructions are dismal, short, incomplete and frustrating.No explanations on different modes, WHY 2 channels and how to use them?????I find the unit overpriced in a value/price scale. It should be $30 if compared to the TENS unit I purchased to complement.I would highly recommend for performance but cannot give more than 3 stars for other reasosns

I have noticed, believe it or not, that my acid reflux subsides when I use my belt.. 🤷🏽‍♀️❤️The only complaint I have is “The left side (where patch snaps on) came apart after about 3 weeks of use.. I’m highly disappointed.# The window closed to return it. ordered it March.. Closed April 21st ..🤦🏽‍♀️

I feel like all the one star reviewers are using this product as a one stop fix for their flabby stomachs. This thing is great! While it needs to be used in conjunction with a proper workout routine it does in fact stimulate and facilitate the development of great abs. Obviously it’s not a miracle drug and requires YOU to do some work but it definitely does what it says it will. If you think you can just put this on and get abs without putting any effort in you’re in for a surprise. But do your part like eating properly and getting sufficient excercise in then you will most definitely see the results! 100% satisfied with my unit and fully intend to buy another as mine is pretty worn out after 1 1/2 years of daily use!

This is good to relax tight muscles but not if you want to build muscles. I use it on my shoulders and that band of muscles on the outside of my legs.

Worked well for two weeks.Really could feel the difference in terms of abdominal tone.But then it stopped working.Not sure why even with new batteries.Returned and got a refund.Good customer service.

Feels like electric needles poking you when you use it. At max. Very painful.
