This product does work! I changed my diet so I no longer need it. I’m thinking about getting another bottle to just have it on hand in case I do need it.

Over the years I have have my blood pressure go up. I have seen several different doctors about it and the first words are you need to go on a Beta Blocker or a Calcium Channel blocker. In the past 30 years I only took 2 that worked. In both cases I had the doctor take me off them after 4 years and use something else that didn't work. Same thing happened recently with 2 different doctors trying two different medicines. The last two times however, in addition to not working, the had really terrible side effects. Both ruined my stomach and the second one also gave me a terrible case of Tinnitus (ringing in the ears). This, apparently, is listed as a possible side effect which the doctor failed to mention along with the severe stomach problems, another side effect he never mentioned. Of course they tell you how you must get the readings down or you are highly likely to be hit with a stroke or heart attack. The Devil's choice. I decided that the only viable alternative was to try an herbal approach. There are a lot of herbals out there that have the ability to lower blood pressure without major side effects and I have been researching and trying them. I have found some things that work, but not enough. I finally decided to try Carditone. Everyone is different but I am finding it works better for me than the pharmaceuticals with no apparent side effects. I take it twice a day. My pressure reading on the past two mornings was 130/80 and 138/80. Considering I normally see reading of 160 to 170 I would have to say it really helps. It's worth a try anyhow.

I took this product several months in a row. Blood Pressure has never been better. Some side effects that I noticed while taking were heavy legs, fatigue, and before stopping altogether, I noticed the heart rate dropping below 50 for a good part of my day. I’m 34 and somewhat active, but have struggled with high Blood Pressure in the past, so just some things to consider before purchasing. I’ve stopped taking it now for a week, blood pressure has held steady and heart rate is back up to acceptable levels.

I don't post many reviews but after trying this to lower our blood pressure, I just had to. My husband is on BP medication and slowly over the past 6 years, it has crept up. My BP basically stays low 120/70 but the past several months, it has been higher on a consistent basis. We are 68 years old and am very conscientious about what we eat and stay active in order to remain independent. I ordered this and took one per day for a week and my BP came back down to where I wanted it to be. I can now take one a week to do that. I really like that idea. My husband I had to increase his to 1 in the morning and 1 at night and within 2 days, it came down to be within normal, healthy limits. We check our BP every day and I have to say that this is a product that works and what I really like about it is that we can back off the dose when BP is where we want it to be.We eat a "real food" diet which is basically Paleo - Meats, seafood, chicken with vegetables, fruits and no processed foods or anything with gluten in them. No sugar products. We made a choice to take responsibility of our own health and we feel good with our choices.

This is an awesome product! It really works! We had no side effects, except way lower blood pressure and heart rate , we both feel a lot better . It brought our numbers down to around 116/68 range, from being in the 145/ 95 range. It is a game changer and way better than other chemical products that actually hurt your body .
