Durable & Easy Cleanup with no PTFE (teflon)
With three months of frequent use, this pan has proven to be very sturdy, with a durable, excellent non-stick, no teflon cooking surface. Meats don't brown-up quite as quickly as with the older, teflon pans, but clean-up is a breeze!

Best NonStick Pan I've Ever Used
I'm reviewing the GreenPan Valencia Pro Hard Anodized 10" Frying PanProsRequires much less oil or butter for cookingBest egg pan I've ever used.Pepper and onions cook nice and less greasy.Cooks well with medium or low heat.Lightweight. Well constructed.Handle stays cool.ConsI would prefer a white cooking surface rather than the gray color.DetailsI own cast iron pans and other ceramic pans. But this one has the slickest surface and easiest cleaning. I've been using this pan since Christmas 2022. About 5 times per week. I use it on a conventional stove top (not induction). I love it. Based on failures with past frying pans I treat this pan with respect. I use only plastic spatulas. Heat setting no higher than 325 to 350 using a laser thermometer. For cleaning the pan I use nothing but a warm wash cloth and dawn dish liquid when the pan is warm but not hot. No nylon bristle brushes. Sometimes I just wipe out the pan because it cleans up so easily. I cook thin omlettes in butter on low heat and cover them flipping them one time. They turn out great. They slide out of the pan.I cook burgers at about 350 in a little bacon grease. Vegetables around 325 to 350 with just a little olive oil and only cook a few at a time so they come out slightly singed.I use cast iron only for cooking thick bacon because it comes out nice and crispy. But I have to season the surface after each use so I don't bother using cast iron for anything else. This GreenPan is my fave for everything but bacon.I am optimistic the cooking surface on this pan will last a long time without flaking or chipping like my old teflon pans that I threw out.

Excellent frying pan
I've been looking for non-stick pans to replace the older ones that use PFAS and other toxic chemicals and stumbled across this one. It's still early days, I've only had it a few weeks but so far this pan is outstanding! It is very well made, solid, heavy duty, almost commercial quality, really. One of the nicest frying pans I've ever used. The non-stick surface has been amazing. Eggs, melted cheese, everything just slides right out without sticking. Just follow the instructions. Hand wash only. Don't use pan spray! There is apparently something in most pan sprays that can cause the surface of the pan to deteriorate. Put a bit of oil or butter in the pan before putting the food in. Cleaning it is ridiculously easy because nothing sticks to it in the first place. A quick wipe in soapy water using regular dish soap and it's clean.

Great product and be sure to properly care for them
All my no stick pans are green pan. Used them for years. Highly rated by America's test kitchen. Also tested for harmful chemicals. Highly recommend

Nice non-stick pan, but won't last forever
Works well with an induction cooktop, has a comfortable handle, and I like the glass lid. I use a thermometer when I warm up the pan (never exceeded 350 degrees or put this in the oven), and cook with olive oil (actual oil, not a spray) or butter. It was really non-stick for about 6 months, then things started to stick. I cleaned every so often with a Greenpan recommended sponge and that extended the life. At the 18 month mark that trick no longer worked, so I will replace with another model.

Food Sticks badly, marketing is BS
The reason this pan gets 1 star is because it is a VERY STICKY PAN, no matter how carefully you clean it. Like all other non stick pans. it started out like magic--totally flawless non-stick. Then very quickly degraded. This pan -- after only 5-10 VERY CAREFUL USES and super careful cleanings-- we even hung it all by itself away from any other pan that could scratch it... food sticks to the surface just as bad as regular stainless steel... it is even harder to clean because you can't use abrasives... I would definitely NOT BUY again. Marketing is BS.

works great and super easy to clean
I bought a couple of these pans (different sizes) a few weeks ago and so far am very impressed. The clear glass lid makes it easy to see what's cookin', and the thicker base on them makes for very even heat distribution on my glass top electric stove. The pan's interior is quite smooth and so far I haven't found anything that will stick to it while cooking. Cleanup is as simple as a quick rinse and wipe with a soapy sponge. Instructions that came with the pan advise not using any kind of abrasive powder for cleanup and to avoid using metal utensils in the pan, as well as to let the pan pre-heat before adding food or oil.
