I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis heel pain for 2 months now. I tried other inserts and they didn't do anything. Today the these inserts were delivered. Put them in my shoes, stepped in my shoes and..... NO PAIN!!!! It's as if my ankle is aligned or the arch is supported. I don't know what happened but the pain is gone. The inserts are hard and durable which I assume offer more arch support unlike the soft inserts which did nothing. Whatever the reason is I'm ordering more pairs for all my other shoes!!! This product made my day by making my pain go away! And to thik I almost spent $1000 on custom orthotics.

With my "flat feet", I have a tendency to overpronation, causing undue stress on my lumbar region. None of the so-called "orthotic" soles do much for me as they simply collapse under weight, providing little arch support. Only the hard plastic ones do the job but some really need to be custom made or will cause pain.This pair seems to have hard plastic coated with a fabric. It has some "bounce", but the arch support remains in effect. It would be perfect if the height of the arch were even larger. Nonetheless, it does feel instantly comfortable, even if you may have to use a shoe size larger than in the past.

These work well in adjustable flip-flops, but they don't fit into shoes. The heel is too high.

Stay firm at all times may seem to firm but I promise two months in and no flatness planters foot feel great when use for 15 plus hours

Good quality, comfortable, fit well, and stable. Hard and not flimsy. Good arch stability but I just noticed the heightened arch area is not fully solid on underside for support. Puts strain on ankle after using a few days & ankle sore. Felt like strain after wearing high heels. Not for use in dainty dress shoes but good for stable shoes and sneakers etc.

My feet have hurt for over 4 years, and I finally found out why! Instead of getting $500 arch supports, these work just as well, if not better! Just add a soft thin insole on top and your feet will be so happy. Seriously. These are incredible.

While these feel ok in the arch, the heel elevates my heel and makes my heel slip and come out of my running shoe with each step. Tried it for less than 60 seconds and knew it was an automatic NOPE.

These are The by far the best arch support for extreme flat arches AND feet at the same time! It actually IS very solid as from the photos we can see that it has no semi-circumvention but a very straightforward and round heeled arch! Fits nicely snug in place yet adjustable inside your shoe once inserted. Supports weak arthritic ankles. Supports physical exercise on lower back slowly by Dr. Recommended exercises. Practically no back pain walking better, sleeping. Hard impact arches when you walk you will feel the pressure points pushed deep under the arch of your feet upwards pulling muscles which for me severely flat-footed is a very relaxing and good mood feeling. You can dance again and so cozy you could sleep with them on! Affordable And yes of course it's gonna hurt but if you want the adjustment it's so worth it so don't be weak! Gain an inch dance again! FOOT UP!
