We bought this camera in 2023. The tech support was great to help me hook it up. It worked good until last month when it no longer would work with our router. I contacted the tech support and they sent me instructions that I still couldn't connect to the router. Elnum in the tech support department was very kind and helpful. They ended up sending me a new camera. We really liked the old camera and it worked well for checking our cows in the night time while we were calving. We no longer had to run out in the cold in the middle of the night. We could see when the cow was needing help. I would recommend it to anyone.

Good camera, nice resolution and a very useful AI detección system that helps to not to get false-positive recordings. Also, Mr Echo has a very good costumer service and warranty extension.

These cameras work great and the picture is really clear. I have older ones and these upgrades are exactly what I needed. I’m very with them and I’m buying more for my other property.

I have several outdoor cameras, and this is my favorite. The picture quality is outstanding, and the field of view is great. I noticed that this camera has some bad reviews. After reading them I think they all are experiencing bad Wi-Fi signals. The most important factor in using Wi-Fi cameras is to get a strong signal. If it is weak and slow it results in the problems reported. It has nothing to do with the camera. This camera also supports 5Ghz, which can even boost performance more but doesn't reach as far. There are several free apps for your cellphone that will measure the Wi-Fi signal at various locations.

The camera does a pretty good job when used as a static view camera. Picture is clear and the notifications a effective. However, this is a PTZ camera and should be used in the tracking mode. When in the tracking mode, the camera does not always come back to the original preset position. So you may be monitoring some area not intended and miss areas if interest. At the same time, the Detection Zones which is suppose to limit notification to only the motion in the zone does not work with Auto Tracking (called Intelligent Tracking). The camera monitors motion in the entire viewing area. As such, I get a Lot of notification for activity which are outside my zone. So I am getting notified whenever activity occurs vs just when it is close to my home. Since the camera does not always go back to the preset position after following, I never know what is being monitored.Customer Servies is Very poor. They do not answer the phone and rarely respond to voicemail. When they do respond and pass the call to technical support in China, the support level drops even further. It took multiple emails with the China group to explain the issue. Even then, they still did not get it. The response was 1 email per day and not more frequent as needed. In the 1 email, the China team would typically ask clarifying questions or say they made a change yet no difference in performance. They can't test it from there so they have no idea if what they are doing changes anything. And all they are doing is changing the couple of settings that I do from the app.They guarenteed on the phone that the function does work. So, I returned the camera as defective. I got the new one did not work either. So returned that camera as well.

I have bought 3 of these cameras. They last about a year and then the WI-FI stops working. Great up until then. Disposable I guess.

This PTZ has the ability to actually view above the horizontal. It can view above the 90 degree mark unlike most other PTZ cameras so if you wish to view something above your mounting location this may be the solution for you. Many PTZ cameras will only go up to 90 degrees and the EUFY won’t even go up too horizontal.
