Great pan, but slightly too large
I bought this to replace a similarly sized pan. My old pan was just a little taller on the sides and slightly smaller in diameter. I miss my old pan's shape and size. This pan though is excellent in other ways as expected: great heat distribution, very easy cleanup, and seems very rugged. I've used it for a few months now and nothing has stuck. I have an induction stove. One of the important things about using an induction stove is that the pans have to be perfectly flat. So far this pan has not warped at all.

WORTH IT!
My wife and I used this pan MINIMUM twice a day 5 times a week. It cooked all kinds of meals perfectly for 26 months. Worth every penny

Great Pan
Gave the Kitchara Hard Anodized 12 Inch Fry Pan to my wife for Christmas. She kept saying she wanted a really good fry pan. This pan fits the bill perfectly. We have had a chance to use it several times. This pan is really heavy. If you have weak arms be ready to use both hands to pick it up. You can not handle it with one hand. If you follow the directions, nothing sticks to the surface. Clean up is a matter of adding a little dish soap, some water and wiping it clean. I do a lot of cooking and would highly recommend this pan.

Nice pan, but main handle could be stronger.
I like the pan overall. My only concern is that the main handle seems a bit weak where it attaches to the pan. To prevent a handle from getting too hot, many manufacturers remove a fair amount of metal so that heat conduction is reduced. Mine seems like they ground it down just a bit too much. It seems a bit flimsy as there is a bit of flex when the pan is full and heavy. I'm glad for the small handle on the other side. I've run it through the dishwasher a dozen times (yea, I know it's not recommended) and it seems to be just fine so far.. The wife had another pan that the outer anodizing basically turned to grey powder after one wash!

Keep anything metal away from surface!
Ok.. i spent 99 bucks on this pan.. actually have 2.. my daily use one lasted about a year.. i got a slight surface scratch on it and basically that was it.. everything started sticking. The pan is heavy. And with proper care will not warp.. i thought it would last longer than a 20 dollar pan but basically if you are not extremely careful, the surface can be damaged and the pan will start sticking.. i used it every day for a year, multiple times a day. Always used silicone based tools.. but i dis get a scratch. Maybe a fork was thrown in it when it was in the sink.. i don’t really know.. but the bottom line as why i am giving it a 3.. a 20 dollar pan will last a year also without being as careful with it.. so i will go back to buying cheap pans and throw them away yearly
