I know microcurrent devices have mixed reviews, this product included. I personally really love this product. My face is snatched for hours afterwards. By the next day... the effects wear off. They say if you use it often for 2 months... you won't have to use it all the time because your face will become permanently snatched and you only have to maintain that look by using it a couple times a week. So I can't comment on permanent results yet since I've only used it consistently for a month but so far... I'm very pleased. I love using it before I go out and about because I feel more confident since my face is more snatched. I have gained weight and I see a lot of it in my face. After using this device for 10-15 minutes, the swelling goes down a lot. Kind of like using a gua sha except for some odd reason... gua sha's break me out? This product does not. I know a lot of people wash off the gel after using the device but I personally love leaving it on my face. It's the perfect primer for my foundations and powders, leaving my skin soft and smooth for my make up to be applied. I notice my skin is so much softer after every session too, which isn't something I expected. My only con with this device is that within a week, it started to glitch and by week two... it wouldn't turn on at all. I've read others who also encountered this same problem but also like them... the company graciously sent them a new device, just like they did for me. I was able to return my old device, no problem. But unfortunately... within the first week of my new device... it's already started to glitch. This isn't much of a problem for me personally because I really love fixing electronics so I have no doubt I'll be able to open it up and fix it when it eventually stops working. If I were someone who spent my hard earned money on this and didn't fix electronics... I would probably feel pretty disappointed that it stops working so quickly. Luckily, the company is easy to work with so if it dies within a month, you can just keep reordering them until you get a long lasting device. If you can get a device that lasts... this product is absolutely worth it, in my opinion. As a 32 year old... I'm not getting any younger. Between this device and my red light therapy mask... my skin has seen major improvements. I've also quit drinking alcohol, started eating more fruits + veggies and quit eating table sugar + aspartame and only sweeten things with real maple syrup, raw honey and dates and my skin is the best it's ever been, since I was a toddler, at least. Overall, I think this is a quality product that does deliver results, if you get a long-lasting device but luckily, the company is great to work with.

I was a loyal fan of the Classic NuFACE Mini, it worked well and became a staple in my routine. But after switching to the Mini+, I can confidently say it’s a true upgrade. App integration with guided routines, the ergonomic design feels better in my hand and battery life is noticeably better. Plus, it’s cute and doesn’t take up much space.

I received a used item that was missing the facial brush (to apply the activator gel) and the wrong power cord had been included. I plugged it in and it already had a charge, but when I tried to pair it with my Bluetooth it wouldn't pair, which is why it was probably returned. I paid for a new item and received a used, faulty, and incomplete item.

The set doesn’t include a brush, even though it’s shown on the box, which makes applying the gel more difficult. It’s also hard to understand the effectiveness and how exactly the device works — sometimes it delivers a current, sometimes it doesn’t, so it’s not clear if it’s functioning properly. However, I do like how it has become a part of my routine.

This product does in fact work WITH CONSISTENT USE! I am 40 years old and have always taken excellent care of my skin with exfoliation and moisturizing but nonetheless crows feet and nasolabial folds started creeping in 3 years ago. I started using this product on Sept 17th this year (2022), and I can say that as of last week (Christmas 2022) I can definitely see improvement. I have had cheek fillers before, and I honestly can tell you this gave me the same lift in 3 months as $1500 of Juvederm filler gave me (I had my filler two years ago so it has definitely been processed and is out of my body by now). I used it for at least 5 minutes a day EVERY DAY, focusing on my cheeks and crows feet; cheeks are definitely lifted which is improving my nasolabial folds and my crows feet are gone. Granted, I take liposomal Vitamin C, a B-complex, Liposomal glutathione, Lysine, Boswellia, and magnesium glycinate supplements daily for my skin as well as immune system…Vit C and magnesium are absolutely necessary for collagen production BTW. Be optimistic and consistent and you WILL see results. My 64 year old mother is convinced from my results, so I got her one for Christmas 😊

I really liked this device and thought it was doing a subtle but effective job of improving skin tone and texture. I recommended it to friends. After about six weeks I stopped getting the tingly sensation when I went beyond the gel area and no longer got the metallic taste in my mouth. My daughter, who tried it out of few times, also noticed the tingling was gone. It still vibrates, but no more microcurrent. I immediately contacted NuFace with a warranty claim and was told that microcurrent is just subtle and reviewing the instructions for use. As this is clearly a change, the advice doesn't seem particularly good. I not have a fairly pricy and not that fun facial vibrator. Bummer. It took me like 6 months to work up to buying this. Should have gone with my gut.
