High quality staining rack, very sturdy & stable, with room for staining several slides simultaneously. Gets the staining job easier in our lab. Great purchase, very recommeded!

This does exactly what you need it to...hold slides in place for staining. It's cheap and really isn't much but it does get the job done. It does allow you to adjust it for different sink sides but my lab sink it barely was long enough. It's also rather flimsy to adjust but otherwise its stainless steel and keeps my slides balanced.

I worked in a laboratory for many years and recently started teaching my two young elementary-age grandkids how to prepare slides and view them under my high-end microscope. This is a very high-quality rack, very sturdy, and stays when I stretch it over the sink in my laundry room. The kids are learning how to carefully put the slides on the rack for staining. I would suggest you measure the width of your sink before ordering this slide staining rack.
