Works! Just wish it was a tad Cheaper
I got this to add to my AC system on my old ranger. It works just fine. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper. But it was still well worth it to lubricate the system and not have to go and do a whole AC swap on my truck.

Got the job done
My 1991 GMC has great air conditioning thanks to this kit. It may have had a leak so I threw in two cans of the refrigerant and the can of stop leak. It works great now. It did smell like propane and does say flammable on the can, so if you know you have a leak I would fix that first

Bad can
I orderd two cans, why Cause I darn well needed two cans. If one of the cans is bad, and I can only service off of the one I PRUCHASED with MONEY. Then yes I was ripped off, and I am irritated. I could of just went to a service tech and payed a bit more with a guarantee behind it. So in that odds 50/50 chance you will get what you payed for. Take the risk if you want to save money or pay more for a tech. In my location the weather Yatzies made r134a impossible to get. The issue is no matter what can adapter I tryed it would not vent the gas into the manifold. The first can worked fine, even resealed. So I am now stuck with a can I can not use full of gas, wasted money. For the price the cans should be larger and work properly, you can not return them.

Ice cold replacement for R12
Brought the system to vacuum- (Advance Auto will "rent" you the gauges and pump for free)Left it sit at vacuum for a week, rerented the guages and pump- system was still at vacuum, so no leaks; but since I bought the leak sealer I put it in anyway. R12a makes my old Suburban a/c system blow ice cold! Charged with 4 cans of 12a, an oil charge, and the leak sealer. The heavy Suburban and a 5.7L engine with A/C on made me think that I'd have no power whatsoever, and fuel mileage would be more awful than normal, must be the lower head pressures because there's no perceptible difference in power of mileage.

Great product
Install in my 1989 jeep cherokee xjs ac along with my 1992 GMC 1500 ac after completely vacuuming system and it works like a charm. Been in for almost a year now and still blowing ice cold with no problems.

Great Product!
Great product! Used this as a part of my rejuvenation of my 73 Blazer's AC system that had not ran in 15 years, it has been nearly a year, and I have 37 degree air at the vents! RedTek has definitely impressed me!
