Check the product when received.
The plastic bag encasing the banner was torn open on the back side. The banner itself was torn so that "day" was separated from "happy birth". I didn't examine the packaging when I took it out of the box, so I didn't notice the problem until I actually needed to decorate for my daughter's birthday party. (I bought plates/napkins/cake decorations/etc. and kept them all in my spare room until the day of the party.)I ended up using a piece of tape on the back of the banner and a plastic zip tie through the Brad connecting the "h and the "d", so no one could tell.My daughter was happy with the banner and it matched the party's Harry Potter theme, but I was disappointed that the product came to me broken.
