I really love this reading light! It checks all of the boxes.1.The battery life is quite strong. I can literally read for hours off of this light. Granted, I tend to use it on the lower setting, but that’s good because that leads me to my second positive.2. This gives the right balance of light and privacy. It does not wake my wife up, even though she’s right next to me while I am reading. This was very important to me as she is a light sleeper. Again, I feel it is important to note that I use the lower setting.3. You can adjust not just the brightness, but the warmth of the light. This works perfectly for me as I really like the cool white as opposed to the warm light.4. The weight and the clip are very good. It’s actually rare that I mount it to a book because, in general, I just don’t like putting things on my books like that. it sometimes takes a little work, but I can balance it so I can have it nearby, such as on my chest, on a pillow, etc., so I can read. I have clipped it onto the book pages before without noticing any damage to the pages.5. The angle of the light can be adjusted. It pivots a little bit, and that swivel is just the perfect amount to adjust for where I have it positioned while I’m reading.I heavily recommend using this light if you’re looking for a good reading light.

I am very happy with his book light. Not to state the obvious, but it's very lightweight, and the metal clip easily slips down the cover or interior pages of your book with ease. The light itself is very adjustable, rotatable left to right and up & down, and it has three different light settings so you can pick the amount of "bright whiteness" your eyes can handle. The brightest setting is easily bright enough to read anything, no matter how dark your surroundings are. What I like is that it's so thin when it's folded up and not in use that it easily fits in one of the pockets of my Lochby Field Journal, or it could fit neatly into a pencil bag or pen case. I myself have been using a book light that uses replaceable button cell batteries for so long that having a recharegeable one (uses USB-C) is pure luxury for me. :-) It works great.

Got this for my wife who for a long time has a light on or used phone light to read. I finally get good sleep while she reads in bed. All the light options and directions can face it in are great! Also clips very easily for her on some pages or if a hardback the cover which ever she thinks is best. Highly recommend

I would give this five stars if it had replacable batteries. While the rechargable batteries allow for a slim profile, it means this device will have a limited useful life. That aside, it's a good looking unit. The head tilts down to avoid eye glair. The coverage is pretty good but falls off rapidly toward the bottom of the pages. There are 3 color temperature settings -- I found the amber (off white) easiest on the eyes. You really can't beat the price and if you're an reading enthusiast you'd probably be better off buying two of these so you always have one charging, ready to go. At 1.6 ounces, it's more or less "weightless." The clip fits firmly on a hardcover book but with paperbacks you're going to need to clip it to the last 20 pages or so, or fashion yourself a carboard insert to slip inside the back cover or behind the book. It's compact enough for a brief case or purse to carry for reading menus in dark restaurants. Men could probably clip it to a front pocket. It comes in several colors, although I can't imagine why you'd need anything other than black unless you're color coding for multiple family members. It comes with a very short USB A to USB C cable, which is a bit dated as most people have made the switch to USB C to USB C. If you don't want to buy a second unit then you may want to buy a very long charging cord as the unit does put out light while charging. The specifications indicate it will run for 80 hours but as there is no battery gauge. When the unit is charging there is a small red LED that turns off when it's fully charged. Wireless charging would have been a plus in order to keep the battery fully charged without having to hard wire to a power source. The clip is a bit too long as it makes contact with the lamp head when it's tilted down. Bonus: I think you could use this light for selfie videos too. It would light up your faces well but would have no effect on anything behind you.

I’ve really been enjoying this book light! It has a sleek, modern design that’s both functional and stylish. I love the different color temperature settings—it’s nice to be able to switch between warm and cool tones depending on the time of day or my reading environment.The clip holds securely to my book without slipping or damaging the pages, and the light gives off just the right brightness without being harsh. Plus, the battery life lasts a while, so I’m not constantly recharging it. Overall, it’s a great companion for late-night reading!

It has made my morning reading so much more enjoyable as I like to keep all other lights dim first thing in the morning. I like that it has 3 different color tones as well as brightness, it charges super fast too! It’s sleek! skinny and can be put in any pocket!

Very compact yet bright. You can set the light level, as well as the light color from light to sun light. The light has a lot of movement so you can aim the light wherever you want. This light makes it easy to read in bed without bothering your partner.

Wife loves it. The 3 different color lights helps if you want a different “tone”.Not nearly as bright as our alarm clock light for our room, but perfect lighting for her book.Still new, so not sure if there will be any issues with charging in the future. But as of now, she loves it.
