Tonic Studios Guillotine Trimmer 8.5"

Perfect for cutting photos for my albums, and paper for my cards.

You will need a bigger trimmer for 12x12 card stock. I do love how well it cuts and very straight.

Great addition to my work area! Love this trimmer......everything about it, actually. Put off buying it because I kept telling myself my old paper trimmer was adequate and I "did not need this one"......I was completely wrong. Should have ordered it when I first saw it.

When I took this out of the box and tried cutting it, it worked fine. Even on 2 pieces of 80# and 110# cardstock. Then I went to use it on a card and it shredded and caught and wouldn't cut. It just felt really soft and not at all sharp. As you can see from the first picture, when I tried a couple of times to get it to cut it shredded and tore. The next photo was when I went to trim a slightly wider edge on my card. So 3 out of 5. when it works it's fine, but most of the time it didn't cut. It's lightweight, but the other thing I didn't like about it - it's just shy of 5.5 inches on the short edge. I could live with that and make it work, but the dull blade and shredding paper isn't workable
