The seller was great, Amazon not so much...
My rack came and it was scuffed up with a hole through the box. It really seemed like this rack was used! Amazon however shipped it to me anyway like this. Amazon even owned up to the shipment being their responsibility but they didn't do anything at all to help. Amazon call centers in India and the Philippines are the worst for getting any real help. The seller however helped me out and took some money off for the way Amazon handled the package and the delivery. I sent pics and everything and to prove the rack looked used. What a shame! As a Prime member I'm disappointed in Amazon. The rack is sturdy tho! It will hold every bit of my 400 lbs in weight plates. Minus the marks from shipping it looks really nice and will hold up well. It adjusts to any width u need. I have both 6ft and 7ft bars and it works great for both! The assembly was the easiest thing ever! Watch the video through Amazon and boom in minutes u are done! People have mentioned that the foots of the base arent welded all the way around but the bracket that adjusts the width more than easily compensates when its hooked up and tightened down. I dont think they were cutting corners, I think its designed that way. Either way, I bodybuild 5 days a week and I'm surprised at just how good this rack is. It's a good deal!

Awesome beginner rack for a small space at a great price point
Writing this review to help others out who were/are in a similar situation as me: beginner/intermediate lifters who are sick of driving to the gym and waiting around to use the equipment while a bunch of people stare at themselves in the mirror with headphones on. I want to preface this review by saying I don't use it for dips.I've done about 60 sessions on this rack over the past half-year, and it's holding up like a champ. The construction is solid, and it has plenty of stability for the weight range I've got on the bar. The most I've racked up on this thing is about 200lb. If you're planning on powerlifting 500 pounds I can't speak to the stability, but as a relative beginner this rack is absolutely perfect for me. I use it for squat, bench, shoulder press, bent-over rows, curls and deadlifts (deadlift from the ground, obviously, but use it to set up weights).I've got the rack at the back of my tiny single car garage, and I can still pull in my car. I keep my bigger plates on the handy storage bars at the back for stability.I bought this rack, a flat bench on Amazon, and the Olympic bar and 300lb weight set from Dicks for a total of about $400. This was essentially the cheapest complete barbell lifting setup I could cobble together. Could I get a gym membership for less than that? Of course, but I can't tell you how nice it is to just walk out to my garage and start lifting weights at my own pace, on my own time and without any self conciousness. The only thing preventing a five star review is the difficulty switching from a high rack position for squatting to a lower rack position for benching. To adjust the height you have to slide out a safety pin for the top, unscrew another pin for the smaller safety arms at the bottom, bring the top arm up, slide in the top safety pin, and then screw in the other pin for the small arm at the bottom. You have to do this for both sides. The threads on the screws don't always catch, the spring and screw mechanism occasionally comes apart, and you have to put them back together. I understand that it's designed this way so there's an extra fail-safe in the event that the top pin slips out, but there should be a faster solution. Even so, you will get the hang of it after a few tries, and it's also helpful to tailor your workout so you're only switching from high to low once during a session. In conclusion, I highly recommend this rack. It's minimal but well built, has a small footprint, and you can't beat the price.

Good stand for light lifters
I received the product and noticed that I was missing one small item. It was a plastic cap that goes in one end. Customer service was very helpful and forwarded a replacement part right away. This stand works very well for me. The adjustable stand is the perfect height for me to perform various angled chest exercises and the dip stand is awesome. For those who are heavy lifters this bench is not for you. If you bench over 225lbs you may find this stand a bit wobbly when racking the weights . You must rack the weights gently or the stand may tip over. I’m not a super heavy lifter so the weight I use works perfectly with this bench. The other low point for this stand is the adjustable hook. At its max height it’s still to low for me to bench press with. The solution to this would be to place this stand on something to raise the height or get a low bench.

Quality Product that should work for everyone’s needs
Great product. Easy to build (although I missed a plastic cap end for one of the weight holders, but that’s a minor issue). Back bar adds a lot of sturdiness to the rack. Mainly using it for bench and squat and it is exactly what I was looking for. Slight wiggle on the upper arms because it’s metal tubing in metal tubing, but it’s sturdy even with the wiggle. Happy I bought this and not the $70 ones. No regrets.

OK
- Nice and well made- Paint is not the best- Parts are covered in a Anti-Corrosion arsenic type Powder you will need to clean off and you might be allergic to- Instruction poorly thought out while pictures are not informative- Maybe good for a few years until it starts to suffer from part failure most likely adjustment knob threads will wear out..not as tough as bigger fixed position racks- Would not risk anyone's safety placing more then 475 pounds with a bar on this thing- Would not recommend for dips even with provided handles.... unless temporary and you have some heavy weights anchoring the base- Adjustable between a 6 inch bar and 7 inch bar..very few racks offer this while easy to break down to transporting in case you move- Overall it gets a B- from me... while believing it to be at least 35% over priced considering what you get and how much you can incorporate it into your training..but still worth buying for safety and worth the cost versus non-linked jack style racks that can tip over more easy.

Excellent squat rack
Does everything I need it to do. Happy with purchase. The bench press part of the rack could use a few more holes toadjust height. I drilled one to get the height I needed. Squat rackhas plenty of adjustment. Would buy again. Packaging this productcame in was a disaster or I would have rated it a 5.
