Bought in Nov 2023.but the battery failed. Not used much. Something wrong with the product quality.

Good product but expensive
Hi everyone, the battery is great in every aspect but the price is very high on amazon.Just buy from their website, the battery was available at 1300 while it was listed on amazon at 2300.Their website is quartz components.Giving 4 stars because they are charging more on amazon

Horrible Customer service
The battery has so many issues with regard to G10 hybrid robovac. First time, if you contact them with a issue they will help you. If second time you reach out to them, they won't reply, or help. WhatsApp, email, tried reaching them in all sources and no reply from them at all and it is still under the warranty!!!!! Scam!!!!

Worked only for a few weeks
Stopped functioning within a few weeks. NOT GOOD AT ALL. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Perfectly fit for robovac
It is just fit like the old one in the provided space and functioning well with eufy robovac G10 Hybrid

Quality
It took 6 hours to get fully charged and the robovac cleaner worked for 55 minutes only.
