This is one of those things that you hope that you never need. The unit that came with my 2017 MY car had expired and I didn't want to take a chance (having no spare tire with the car) at having a flat far from home and not having the OEM kit not work from being "Out of Date". This was fairly inexpensive insurance to get me home if needed.

This is a very nice road side tire repair and inflator, I like that you can program the psi you want and it will stop automatically on that psi. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is the price, for my liking it's a little bit too much. Other than that I would recommend it.

I had a nail in my tire. I hooked this up and after about 10 minutes I was back on the road. I drove about 20 miles, had the car up to about 60mph on the freeway and got home safely. The next day, tire was still inflated. Took the car to American Tire Depot in Burbank and they repaired the tire for free. I’ve read online some tire places won’t repair certain tires that have used this product. I have a Mini Cooper and I got rid of the dreadful (and expensive) run flat tires. So if you have a Mini Cooper, get one of these kits and ditch the run flat tires. I

I purchased three kits. Two were analog and work okay. They will fill a car tire with air, so I hope it has enough strength to push sealant, if necessary. I also bought the Pro series digital kit as a gift. It doesn't work. It pumps air for 3 to 4 seconds then stops. Since it was past the return window for Amazon, I attempted twice to contact the company. Never heard back. So, I contacted Amazon for help. They are allowing me to return the item. I really appreciate it. FYI none of these came with a quick disconnect and we tried putting one on the analog kits and it would not work. It will be difficult to get exact pressure in the tire if need be. I would suggest that you view any of these as a flat tire repair and not as a tire inflator.
