Falls apart, leaves huge mess in its wake
These are horrible pillows. The zipper is very weak and it won't stay closed, leading to constant spillage of fluff all over my bedroom. The fluff is not soft - it seems like leftover packing material.

Very firm
I thought this pillow would be softer...way too firm. My Mom couldn't sleep on it. She found the My Pillow that she can shape to fit her neck comfortable instead of this one.

I bought this to replace my previous sleep innovations pillow that I have had for years. The size is only standard not the queen size I had and the quality does not seem to be the same. So sad :(
