A excellent guide for change
Mastering Executive Transitions: The Definitive Guide by Navid Nazemian is an excellent resource for anyone who is taking on a new leadership role and wants to make sure the transition goes smoothly. Anytime someone new enters a leadership position there is a certain amount of uncertainty. The new leader needs to learn the processes that are in place and will make changes, while the people working under that individual need to learn the new expectations. This book does a great job of showing both sides of this equation by showing us both the leader's perspective and that of the employees. There are lots of visuals to help us understand the main points that are being made, and the chapters are organized nicely and flow smoothly from one to the next. Any leader who is taking on a new position would benefit from this read and the ideas that it contains.

Master your future moves
Navid Nazemian has written a great book that has helped two of my colleagues and I in our transitions to C suite roles. Admittedly mine where some years back which was why I found the content resonated and wished I’d known some of these things before hand. It certainly helped my two colleagues prepare and adjust, they are into their new roles going on thirty days. And have been prepared and guided between my experience and Navid’s great work.I highly recommend this not just for c suite transitions but also for those transitioning up and across roles.
