It was a bit of a let-down when I opened the shipping package to find one of those re-sealable sandwich ziploc bags. Inside the ziploc bag was the T-handle and a see-thru plastic case with the 3" torx drill bits. There was NO 5" EXTENSION piece in my sandwich bag! That's basically one of the benefits of this set...and it is missing! I guess mommy didn't pack my lunch properly.There are plenty of torx sets on Amazon. I wouldn't buy this one again. I would return it, but I think I'll re-use the sandwich bag to pack a lunch tomorrow. Hahahaha

I had an issue with a loose handle on a Moen kitchen faucet. Some idiot that designed the faucet thought it would be a good idea to us a torque head screw instead of a slotted, phillips or allen head screw. I had plenty of torque screw drivers and sockets put the screw is so far up in the handle that they would bottom out or the handle was turned the wrong way and the screw drivers would hit the back splash. Anyway, I bought these and I still had to use a 1/4" wrench to tighten with because the handle was too long, but it got the job done. Mike

I ordered the bits to use on the interior of my car and work on anything that had torx screws. I used the T9 bit for the first time and it snapped trying to loosen a screw on a pocket knife I was going to clean. I did not use much force at all and it snapped immediately under pressure. The handle seems okay but I haven't used it much. I'd look elsewhere for a set of bits

Excellent set of the smaller torx bits. Ratcheting handle works well and the telescoping extension that slides into the handle really sets this product ahead of many others.

Bought this tool for its extension and long bits. The handle broke the first time I used it. I can still make good use of the extension and long bits using my other tools. Handle is just not durable.

Very good and works as I had hoped. Bits are a touch loose but other than that it works fine.

Not that great of a tool. The handle SUCKS and is junk. The ratchet does not work.
