How can I start my TENS 24?

- Be sure that your TENS 24 is off. - Snap pad cables’ outputs to the pads. - Connect the pad’s cables to the device. - Place the pads on your body. - Turn on your TENS 24. - Select a mode. - Set the time. - Increase the intensity.

I set everything as it must be and the device’s lights on but I cannot switch modes or intensity, Why?

Please check your TENS 24 screen. If there is a “key” sign, your device is in key-locked mode. To unlock this mode, please press and hold a few seconds on the “T” button.

All the lights on, but my device is not working, Why?

TENS 24 has specific safety features. Before turn it on; -Please unplug if it's charging. -Please check if all pads are snapped well with the cables or cables are not fully inserted into the device. -Make sure if all pads are stuck well on the body.

A channel is working but B channel is not working. How can I activate them at the same time?

Please be sure that both of the pad cables are in the place. Also, be sure that all 4 electro pads are stuck well on the body. Once you’re done adjusting the A channel mode and intensity you can switch B channel by the A/B button and do the settings.
