Mariani makes an excellent sliced almond for the price. I love to put them on salads in pastries on cakes and in my homemade cookies & biscotti. Even on top of oatmeal, They are the perfect addition!

I use these in my homemade oatmeal for texture and protein. They are perfect for that because they don’t poke the top of your mouth and are not too hard that they mess up the texture. They would be good for someone who likes almonds but whose teeth get sore crunching regular almonds. They were fresh when I received them and have stayed fresh so far being sealed up.

I have purchased this product before, and the taste and quality always seem fresh. The only qualm I have about this delivery, is that most of the sliced almonds are broken. I do not know if this was a shipping issue or a supply issue, but I am expecting the taste to be fine.

I’ve bought this too many times to count for the aging parents, who love almonds but have trouble chewing the whole almonds. This is a perfect add-in to their morning cereal. Taste good.
