Christopher Knight Home Brannt Mid-Century Fabric Rocker, Wheat / Light Walnut

We recently gave our guest room a makeover so that our out of town children have a nicer room to stay in. With the birth of our first grandchild we decided that we should have a nice, yet reasonably priced rocker in the guest room for purposes of nursing or putting baby to sleep. I was hesitant at first because people claimed this chair was hard to assemble. My husband had it together in no time! He didn’t understand those comments at all. The chair is not only beautiful, it’s very comfy and is a huge hit with my family. If asked whether or not I’d buy it again, the answer is yes. I’d asked if I’d recommend it, the answer is yes.

I’m using this chair in our baby girls nursery and couldn’t be happier!! The chair was really well packaged but it did not come with instructions. The chair was labeled with stickers which helped a lot. It also came with a bag of screws that you had to sort through. My husband put it together without any issues but he’s pretty handy (He also used a Power drill which I recommend). All in all, it’s a beautiful chair! The wheat color is what I would describe as “oatmeal”. Sometimes it leans light gray and at other times it leans more sandy/tan. The wood is very nice and comes in one piece which was great. You only had to install the rockers on the bottom. I sat in it for awhile yesterday and it was very comfy! I’m 5’3” so it is perfect for me. Not sure it would be super comfortable for a bigger/taller person. I love that the arms are padded. I’m going for a vintage/ mid century modern style so it fits perfectly with that!

I never write reviews, but love this chair. We have had it for 3.5 years now and it looks brand new. It’s in my sons nursery and we rock in it for nap and bed. It’s had milk spilled it in, and it wipes perfectly clean. It’s very comfortable, and I would buy it again. I’ve had the big oversized nursery chairs with other kids and this is just as comfy with a smaller footprint. It would be great in a living room as well.

I like to rock when I am knitting, that is why I purchased this chair. It only is used 60 to 90 minutes a day. It works well for what I am using it for. I would want something more comfortable if I used it more each day, but that would cost a lot more. Once we figured out the instructions we accomplished putting it together, but parts of the instructions were not very easy to understand. I have wood floors so I purchased the felt strips for the rockers to protect my floors, that is working very well.

We really like this rocking chair. I have it on carpet which makes it really difficult to rock (but I suppose that's expected). It has the best curves and look and feel. It reminds me a lot of scandinavian designs which fits our home pretty well. My husband assembled it so I can't comment on that aspect of it.

I love everything about this rocking chair ,I like the size of the seat and the height of this item ,I am 5.3It’s just perfect! Also I give this seller the highest rating this is my second time buying from this seller they treat there customers with great value overall excellent services I highly recommend this place!
