Looks nice and good build quality - but the seat pad is a bit thin.
Got this to replace a really cheap on I bought from Tesco. It look much better and I like the ergonomic back. But i find the seat pad very thin and it almost feels like I am sitting on the wood/plastic base underneath after a while.

Overall product and seller's response to a refund/return.
When I received this item it was packaged well and delivery was quick, however one I had put the item together it wasn't what I had expected. The chair back seemed to push you forward and when trying to adjust it the range to go back wasn't really that good. Now I'm working from home that is no good to me. The material of the chair was lovely and I would have kept the chair if not for the issue with not being able to adjust the chair to lean back. The overall support was good. On a final note I was disappointed I was not refunded my money for the return of the item. When trying to find out how to get the seller to pick up the item it was not clear how to do that in my emails and so I was worried if I did not return it in sufficient time I would have to keep it. The money it cost to return £20 is a fair amount. I was disappointed with the seller regarding this

Easy to assemble but not that comfortable
Easy assembly and all correct tools needed in box. Packaged well.My only annoyance is no tilt not even the slightest so I am sat upright but also feeling a little too forward. I had got rid of my gaming chair for this slight disappointment as its not comfortable as I thought even 30 mins of PC work without needing a break to stretch.I'm 5'10" the headrest pulls right up and is a good height. It looks good.
