The protractor is a little flimsy, compass is sturdy. Together they make a great team. Gets the job done!

The compass is not broken! At first, it might seem confusing, but all you need to do is insert the pencil lead into the tip and then tighten it with the screw on the side. Once that’s done, it works perfectly for drawing circles and arcs. The set also comes with extra leads, a protractor, and a clear case, which makes it very convenient for school or office use. Great value!

This compass does not hold a pencil like the ones you get in school. It holds lead but the lead holder crushes the lead. This was not designed to actually function at all. Don’t waste your money.

The biggest circle it can make is 7 inches. Cheap.

As per the title I'm a bit unsure of the compass. So far it's worked for what I needed it for, but the screw doesn't seem to hold very well. Time will tell on the compass. Good protractor, my only comment is that I would have preferred cm/mm to be on the outside and not inches, but that's personal preference

The protractor is exactly what I wanted and as described. Excellent. I would have paid the price just for the protractor. The compasses are rubbish - fiddly to open and operate and cheap looking. I tossed them in the bin.
