I have not been disappointed with a Hylands product and only once I tried a copycat brand that had supposedly the same ingredients, but did not work as well. A few pennies more for quality is well worth it.

Three of us have nails that would peel and break easy. My nails arent hard but they dont peel anymore and neither do my daughters. My son is now also taking them for the same reason.

I took this for around a few weeks until I suddenly started to break out a lot with deep cystic type acne in weird spots on my face/ear area…I’m not sure if this is what caused it like maybe it gets worse before it gets better but I had to stop because it seemed too coincidental. I love their other cell salts but this I’m a little worried about.
