I’m a huge skeptic, but for $17 I figured it was worth a shot. I am a stress-eater so I know that most of the time when I feel hungry it is likely due to emotion (e.g., boredom, nervousness, stress, etc.) For the past couple of days when I started to grab for snacks I took a couple of light sniffs of this stuff and the urge was GONE! I’m not even kidding. The smell is a nice and citrusy like oranges and lemons so it has a pleasant uplift to it as well. Highly recommend!

Truly works, it helps to control my cravings of snacking when I am under pressure. Calms me down and the scent it's so good. highly recommended. I’ve experimented with many appetite suppressants, and this one just didn’t work. I kept smelling the orange scent that comes off of it, and it actually made me hungrier. Wouldn’t recommend

I must say I was sceptical at first, but this thing works! I've been using it for 2 weeks now and lost almost 10 lbs without having to starve myself at all. I think it partially works because it keeps me busy doing something with my hands instead of reaching for food, LOL! We all know that part of a habit is the physical element of doing the thing, like making and drinking coffee is part of coffee addiction - this product helped me tackle that very element around eating snacks. Wow!

Very disappointed this doesn’t work at all, a waste of money and time it’s something you can use for a stuffy nose like Vicks inhaler with a mint scent this is not effective as a weight lost product.

I am so impressed with this inhaler, didnt think it would be as simple as inhaling to lose weight... ill update review after a month
