Not Flash
It is Ring LED Light not Flash⚠️. Mainly useful in intra oral photography. Come with different dslr lens mounts. In zero magnification, visible flare from the led is visible in the image with my nikon d5600 with 18-55mm default lens. But in zoomed in view flares are minimum.

Will not work perfectly on batteries
You always have to use wired connection for the light to function properly. On batteries you will always get very dim light even if you use new ones.
