...but maybe it is making the effects less severe. It does have good ingredients for immunity. I wasn't able to taste anything on the outside of the capsule, which I have on other supplements. Easy going down. This product is very affordable for the amount of capsules it contains.

I am a firm believer in natural supplements helping boost the immune system and elderberry is a great one for that. I don't normally take these every day except in the winter months. Then I take them every day and will up the amount if I feel anything coming on. They help keep the severity and duration of any illness I may get to a minimum. These are very easy to swallow and have no bad after taste.

During my past travels across Kansas, I had noticed several signs advertising Elderberry Wine and supplements and had always stopped and purchased a case or two of the wine. I figured if I Liked the wine anyway maybe it was even good for me! I am not traveling as much anymore, and the Elderberry Wine is harder to find in Illinois at a reasonable price. This Elderberry Immunity Booster Supplement seemed to be a good alternative to try. It contains above the daily minimum requirement of several vitamins and zinc and while not as enjoyable as Elderberry Wine, it does furnish the same basic benefits. These are a good substitute until I can get back to mid-Kansas !

This seems to be a more 'kitchen sink' approach to immunity boosters. It has Elderberry, Zinc, Vitamin C, Echinacea, Garlic, Turmeric, L-Glutamine, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 and Lactobacillus Acidophilus Probiotic where my 'normal' elderberry support only has Elderberry, zinc and vit C. But, this product has less of each item than my current. I think I prefer having the higher concentration of the main ingredients and be able to add other products as needed. These are also capsules rather than gummies. Good if you're trying to cut down on sugar but not nearly as convenient as gummies.

I got these elderberry capsules to help boost my immune system / support my immune system. Seems to help well especially when I am sick. I don't always take this every day but I try to. I definitely make sure to take it whenever I am sick. I think overall elderberry is good for the immune system so it could be a great thing to take for many people. These are capsules, which I do not particularly love. Would prefer tablets over capsules and even more so, I would prefer gummies.

With going into the winter season, this has been a great addition to my supplement regime to keep me above the wellness line. I appreciate that their is no weird flavor or aftertaste.

Elderberry is a must have especially for the winter months as a booster for your immune system with tons of vitamin C. These capsules also contain zinc and have antioxidants. There are 60 capsules per bottle and the recommended serving size is three capsules per day, So you get a one month supply per bottle. I have used other supplements from this brand and have had great results with those as well. They are manufactured in Utah. These are easy to swallow and do not have a weird taste. They absolutely work to boost your immune system and I highly recommend. These are a fraction of the price of other brands and work just as well.

I love that these are made in the USA and third-party tested. Many supplements don't give the ingredients right on their homepage, and the transparency is appreciated.Plenty of great ingredients in two capsules, and they are easy enough to add to my day for some protection against the various illness that seem to multiply in thr fall and winter.
