Perfect!
I needed a night guard because I clench my teeth in my sleep causing tooth and jaw pain all day. I spent $300 on a custom guard from my dentist that didn't help at all. It was hard, irritated my gums, caused excessive drooling, and didn't separate my teeth at the clenching point. The Rossy mouth guards are soft, easy to mold, and barely noticeable in my mouth. Because you mold them yourself, I was able to shape them so there is no contact on the teeth that were causing my pain. The guard stayed in place all night and didn't cause excessive drooling, which are issues I've seen in reviews for other similar products. They come well-packaged, individually wrapped, with a storage case, and the box is labeled BPA free. According to the box, they are distributed by Rossy Beauty from California, but they are made in China so if that's an issue for you be aware of that. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and you can remold multiple times if you don't get it right the first try. The instructions on the Amazon product page are for microwaving, but the instructions in the box are for hot water which is the one I used with good results. It gives you an exact temperature range for the water so it's hard to make a mistake. There are 4 molds in the box, 2 small and 2 larger, and since they can be stretched or trimmed to fit I'll be able to use all 4 of them so value for the money is astonishing. $4 per guard compared to $300 for one from the dentist is a no brainer.I will be recommending these to anyone who will listen!

Easy to use!
I've been grinding my teeth sometime when I sleep and my dentist said it would cost me about $250 for a custom night guard.. and that's with my dental insurance.. YIKES! Super expensive. Anywho, I did a search on Amazon and found Econobum - figured I'd give it a try for only like $15 bucks. It arrived pretty quick and the instructions wee fairly simple. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it turned out great - fit my teeth just right. Although I wish it was a thinner guard - you get for what you pay. It almost feels like I'm wearing a boxing mouth guard lol - but it was still comfortable. It's weird to sleep with at first, but you get used to it. It's worth wearing because I don't want to continue grinding my teeth at night.

Best Mouth Guard I have tried!
I really like this mouth guard. I have purchased 4 different ones, including this one and this is by far the best. I like it much better than the custom made one from my dentist, even. This is the only one I have been able to sleep all night with, with out removing it. I have TMJ and my gums were starting to recede from the constant clenching that I unconsciously do. I try to control it in the daytime but its impossible at night. It comes with 4 guards. Two small and two larger. Molding them is really easy . Just submerge in hot water for 20 seconds. I would recommend a meat thermometer so you can get it the right temp . Too hot and it will melt into a glob. Comes with really easy instructions and a nice little case for storing. If you need a mouth guard ( and who wants one , really) I would recommend this one. Much more comfortable than any others I have tried.

Affordable mouth guard to prevent teeth grinding
Went to dentist and they recommended mouth guard to prevent grinding teeth while sleeping. Dentists mouth guard cost over $300. Pass! Found this product that does same thing for much less money! Easy to use. Put in microwave for 30 seconds. Put in water to cool. Stick in mouth & bite down. Molds to your teeth for a great fit.Comes with a travel case to keep guard in also.

COMFORTABLE!
I needed to purchase a night guard to wear since having a tooth removed, to eliminate "drift" while I wait for an implant. It was easy to fit, and even though I'm using the large of the two sizes, it's incredibly comfortable. I thought it might take me a couple of nights to adjust to it, but it was great from the start. The material is slightly softer than other night guards I've used, almost feels like a soft silicone, but it works great. It comes with two of each size, and is a great value. I paid $20 for one that didn't fit nearly so well, and wasn't quite large enough, so this was a great fine.

Helps to not clench when concentrating with work
I make pottery and I have found that I clench my teeth when I am working with clay to wedge or center the clay. After finally cracking a tooth, I decided to try a mouth guard, and picked this one based on other reviews and cost.Initially I was concerned that the guard would be too hot when molding it, however, using the water temperature recommended it was fine. In fact, the guard was so soft that I ended up biting down too hard! Fortunately, I followed the recommendation to warm it and try again and was able to adjust the bite so that my teeth indentations were not as unnecessarily deep. The guard is reasonably comfortable and fits well. Happy with this purchase as it is helping me to not bite down when I am concentrating with my work, and it was very reasonably priced.

you may need to worth with it a bit
This affordable product seems well made for its purpose. I got it to prevent nighttime teeth-grinding. It comes in two sizes, nominally one for adults and one for children. I tried the larger one, and to me it seemed too big and thick to be sufficiently comfortable to use during sleep. So instead I tried the smaller one, placing it on my *lower* teeth rather than the upper--it would have been too small for the upper, but fits nicely on the bottom teeth. I've been using it for about a month, and I think it works . . . somewhat. The tooth pain has diminished, but not disappeared, and the device does seem to provoke excessive saliva--still getting accustomed to that. The carrying case is a nice, convenient feature. I'm tempted to try to find another brand with a thinner, smaller upper, but this one was worth a try. Note: you may need to use the boil-and-bite process more than once to get a good fit.

Very easy to use
I started using this mouthpiece a few days ago, because I was apparently grinding my teeth when I was sleeping and didn't know. My jaw was very painful when I woke up. I saw this and gave it a try. It was very easy to mold to my teeth, and very comfortable. I never thought I would be able to wear a mouthpiece, but this worked very good. Now when I wake up, I barely have any pain. Would definitely reccomend.

Too Hard
I wound up throwing the package and guards away. They were terrible. Too hard, too big, and too thick and hard. Just a ripoff. Don't buy.
