Very sturdy and functional
This hangs just outside our new shower. There was no room for a rack against the wall, so I found this. It's very well made and extremely sturdy. I mounted it on a wooden plaque from Joe-Ann fabrics so that is wouldn't cut into the drywall - which looks great. You're going to want longer screws, too, to get it deep into an actual stud. It's a great design, though.

Makes a great drying rack in small laundry room!!!
My space is very limited in my laundry room but I needed a rack for the occasional drip dry shirts that come out of the washer. This rack suits the purpose perfectly and hugs the wall when not in use. My husband modified the installation just a tad with using butterfly anchors with stainless steel bolts...so we didn't use the included hardware at all. Also, since I wanted it to hug the wall when not in use, I used small dot felt tabs on the ends of the bars so as not to mar the wall when I push the bars back. Perfect! I searched and searched for something that would suit my purpose, yet not look cheap...I got the polished stainless and it looks like chrome...it looks great. If you're space starved in your laundry room, this is a great solution! Don't hesitate.

Beautiful
We receive a lot of compliments on these beautiful racks. We mounted ours on a stud, and installation was easy. Seems to be holding up quite well and without any rust after several months of daily use.

Sturdy, efficient use of space.
These towel bars are well made: sturdy, level, and offer an efficient use of space in my small home on a lake that gets lots of summer visitors with big beach towels. I am very happy with them.

Well Constructed - Looks Nice - Need a Little More Space Between Bars
I like the product because it installed easily and looks nice. The quality of the product is nice and sturdy. I've been using it for about 6 months now. My only wish is that there was more space between the 4 bars. It would be nice if there was an extra inch of spacing between the bars to accommodate thicker towels. Otherwise, I like it and it was a good choice for my needs.

Screws are not strong enough.
The product looks nice, and I believe installation should be easy; however, the screws that come with the product are useless. I received my product yesterday and tried to install it today with no success. The first screw I tried broke with very little effort. I wish I could return it for a different product, but I got rid of the box. Below are the actual pictures of the broken screw.

Neat idea that failed in execution.
Nice idea and it works well enough. The arms are a bit flimsy, will bend if one is careless and rough. Modified the rack by adding Acetal spacers to increase the distance between wall and the rack, worked out well.

Excellent long-arm towel rack!
Needed a swinging-arm towel rack for the confined scape above the utility tub in my laundry room in order to air-dry delicates or hang shirts fresh out of the dryer. This device worked perfectly for that purpose! The extra-long arms were a great feature, since all of the other racks I looked at had only shorter (12-13-14 inch) arms. The chrome finish is very nice, but since I just installed it, I have no idea how long it will wear. I did use screws that were 1/2" longer than the ones provided, and made sure that I mounted the base bracket into a wall stud (rather than use only the wall anchors and screws that were provided... although they did look sturdy enough, I wanted some overkill to be sure!) Overall, a great product!
