New car - no CD player ( big CD collection = problem) + USB CD player= Problem simply solved.Hyundai Tucson 2023 model Plug into USB on centre console left of 12v power socket . The unit sits at an angle and the cable is concealed at the back of the player : see photo. No fixing required;I know what you are thinking : it looks close to the gear lever , and you're right , but it doesn't interfere with gear changes . Also it can be removed and stowed in glove box in a second .On the car' s screen you just select USB. The display will show Track number (Doesn't show any Disc info , but we can live with that ) Volume and Track can be adjusted on screen or on steering wheel , and random and repeat play can be selected on the screen . Have driven a few hundred miles so far , and it hasn't skipped , or been affected buy or lovely British roadsThe Silver facia and Black casing match the car trim , so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb !So if you've got loads of CD's and a Tucson ; you won't be left high and dry with your Hyundai.Gets ☆☆☆☆☆ from us .

We took a bit of a gamble buying this as sometimes the tech won't marry up with the tech/USB in your vehicle, so it won't work.No bother for us. It worked straight away.We have a Mercedes CLA. We had to buy a separate USC to USB adaptor. And that was it. The unit is small so no bother taking it in and out of the car and all my CDs are playable on it.I know one of the criticisms of the unit is it doesn't read what artist you are playing or the song or album title. Doesn't make any difference.I recommend it and with the price you will save a lot of money you know if you went to your dealer or asked Halfords to fit a unit for you then you can triple that price.

This worked really well at first in my car for the first couple of weeks and after that it just stopped playing the cds. Very disappointed that I can’t play the music I want whilst driving.
