This hip/hamstring support is exactly what I needed. Supports both my spondylisthesis and my pulled hamstring under my jeans so it doesn’t even show. It’s helping tremendously during my packing and moving process. It’s soft, Velcro holds it in place perfectly. Only thing that could have been better was if the delivery person would have delivered it to my house instead of a neighbor’s. The cold pack is huge and I think it would be too heave for me to wear but it’s very nice.

This is a game changer! I’m Just mad I hadn’t found this before! Helps tremendously with my hip pain! Perfect size, will fit almost anyone, can wear on either side, they sent a extra strap with Velcro on each end to extend the waist or leg to fit comfortably! The ice pack is very very cold, no leakage and stays cold for a long time. When I wear this one out I will definitely purchase another! Price well and works great!

Love the design and material and helped a lot after my hip replacement. The only problem I had with it was the bands stretched with each use and the Velcro stopped working well after a couple of weeks. Also the ice pack inside moves a bit inside the mesh pocket. I had to adjust t a few times during each use.

I absolutely love this thing! The Velcro is so good that I’d consider putting money on it in the ring. It puts up quite a fight and keeps my leg and hip feeling secure. I also started using the two removable straps to adjust to nearly any large part of my body. It’s helped with my calf, knee, thigh, hip, glutes, lower back, and period cramps in just the short time I’ve had it. Cannot recommend more for it’s versatility and the quality of the heat/ice pack.

Love it! I have greater trochanter syndrome and it helps a lot! Also good for the lower back! Well worth the money just to have on hand!

Doesn't provide much support, and ice pack is very heavy to walk around with, especially if your hip already hurts

I have no complaints. Some folks said they needed a wall or what not. I did not find it hard at all to strap on if you start from top to bottom. I tend to flare up if I am on my feet too long and this is great if I have to keep going or when I am done to just sit on. It has some weight to it but it is not awkward if strapped on correctly. Helps keep me at my chores when I would otherwise stop. Sometimes ( not often thought) it can sag down a little, but it's not bad enough for a negative , just pull it some and adjust the waist strap and you are all set.

Perfect fit over the hip. Struggling with other form or ill fitting icing devices for my hip. This device fits well, the gel pack is flexible such that I can wear it while sitting or lying down.
