I used this for keeping a drug I inject cool whilst travelling for a few hours and during a stay in hospital. It briefly went missing in hospital as it was put in a different fridge, but I had the Amazon image to show the nurses so it could be found. I had a number of people comment on how nice it looked.

This was exactly what I wanted as a diabetic for my travel needs. It was just big enough to fit all my insulin in, even my eye drops and items were kept cold throughout my flight. I would recommend this carry case.

Lovely looking hard case, and most hotel fridges chill down to a safe temperature for transport. I froze them before leaving UK. Highly recommended & v pretty & noticeable ( hard to lose when packing) case
