Product works pretty good as long as I remember to dock my mouse before I walk off! Sometimes it is a little difficult to line up to make sure it is charging, but I think that with practice that wont be a big deal. Charging base is hefty and solid, so I feels good and one slide around while your docking the mouse.

You need to remove the bottom plate to charge it. This does not charge wirelessly.Someone made this question in this same product above and they replied removing the bottom plate from the mouse was not necessary, but it turns out that is the main thing you have to do to charge it. Is not hard to do, but I was expecting what was answered in that question and I fear to lose the bottom plate for not keeping it in place all times. Besides that, the product feels premium quality, good built quality, let's se how long it lasts. EDIT: I took another star now because this thing can't remember the selected light color, after turning my computer off then on, the lights color reset and goes back to rainbow instead of staying in RED as I selected. I'm returning this.

Does a great job at charging the mice with a good magnet connection so it does not fall off from the mouse. Logitech mice just seem to have really good battery lifes, and this makes charging wirelessly easy.

never worked 100 % only would charge to 75 % and now after 6 months it doesn't do anything

Used to work great, I like that I can easily set the color of the RGB lights. However led lighting died a couple of months into ownership. Still charges, but can’t tell since it’s completely dark now. Also, seriously annoyed that this unit does NOT come with the battery and I had to purchase one separately. Should have been made more clear. Could have saved my money.

TL;DR: Don' buy this charging dock. It confuses the Logitech G Hub software and does not charge your mouse to 97%.I originally thought this dock was working for me but it in fact was not working the wait it was supposed to. My mouse was at 86% and it did not charge my mouse. It is clearly on the contacts but it does not charge it. The dock does indicate that the mouse is charging after you turn the mouse off and then put it on the charger when it flashes red continuously. However, it only says that it is charging for a few seconds and then it flashes green meaning that it is fully charged, which does not make any sense. I check the Logitech software and the battery percentage shows that it is at 100%, which does not make any sense. To me, this seems like the dock is tricking the software into thinking that the mouse is fully charged but it is indeed not. After opening and closing the software for a little, it shows back the original battery life remaining of 86% and it did not charge the mouse at all. That being said, I either got a faulty product or this dock just does not work and it a big waste of time and money.
