The picture is of the Oak pellets smoking in a smoke tube. Theae lasted about 2 hours for one fill of a 12" smoke tube. It lit well with a propane torch and burned for 5 minutes then I blew them out. They smoked well for about 2 hours and only left a little ash in the tube and not any pellets.I like the Oak pellets. It does not cover you or your meat in pungent sweet smoke. It added just the right amount of smokey flavor to the ribs.They were shipped quickly in a secure box and when I transfered them out of the plastic bab into my storage cans and one baggie. There was very little dust, dirt or crumble. Just clean Oak pellets.Very good quality.

I got these for a batch of bacon. Absolutely great, imparted just the right amount of flavor.

Good smoke, consistent size of pellets, and not a lot of dust in the bag. Only challenge is I layer pellets and wood chips in a smoker tube and I cannot keep this lit compared to other brands.

Tried these out on our new Z smoker tonight. Chicken hindquarters turned out so juicy, and the flavor was truly amazing. Fun to watch the neighbors come out and sniff the air - I'm sure they were jealous!

We were nervous about trying these pellets. They were great!!! Burned at a good rate and added a good smoke flavor. I would definitely buy them again.
