Men's Heavyweight Crew Sock 4 Pack

I was looking for heavy cold weather socks and pretty far down the search page I found these. The quality is apparent once you feel and look at them. The knitting is tight which gives them a heavy weight feel without unnecessary bulk. The size was perfect for my size 12 feet. After wearing all day I found that they are warm yet allow my feet to breathe. They don't slip down either.

Very comfortable and warm, but the heels in every one of these socks have developed holes within 6-7 months of moderate wearing. Pretty disappointing, don’t think I would buy these again.

When needing a warm weather sock, you can NOT go wrong with Carhartt!! I bought these for my husband, as we live on a farm and through the cold weather months the livestock must be attended to, and even with Thinsulate boots you need a nice warm sock to accompany them to keep out the chill. I've tried various brands throughout the year, having paid over $20 in the past for 1 pair of wool work socks!! This is a package of 4 pairs, for less then I had paid locally for 1 pair, and the quality of these are BETTER!!! I absolutely recommend these for anyone that has to be outside through the cold months for brief to longer periods of time, He's had and been wearing these for well over a month (I wanted to wait to see how they held up through multiple washings, and they hold their shape and elasticitiy, plus my husband is a bit "hard" on socks, (many times I have to throw away socks as he wears straight through the heel in a short time, but these thus far are not even showing any signs of "thinning" even on the heels. All in all, I would and will purchase this brand again, not only for my husband, but for my adult son who works in construction and has to be outdoors in the cold weather for 8 - 10 hours or longer a day. If you think the price on this 4 pack is a bit "high" you evidently haven't shopped for wool work socks, because the price and value is extraordinarily "low" which is why I waited to review. I wanted to see for myself the durability and I am 1000% satisfied!! From henceforth this will be my go-to winter wool work socks for the men in my family. The fit is perfect, the elastic has not deteriorated (he puts them on - they stay put without any problems, I must say, he has told me these are the best wool winter socks he has ever owned (and I've been purchasing various wool socks for him for over 20 years but this is my first time purchasing the Carhartt brand)! Carhartt is a name of QUALITY, and the same goes for these socks. Very comfortable, and don't make my feet sweat.

These are so soft and warm. Buyer beware if your significant other borrows them you will not get them back. Bought two more sets after the first one came in.

I get about a year out of them, wearing 5-6 days a week all year with leather work boots

In the photo you see the 4 pairs in a bag. The length of the bag is 10 inches. The feet are what you see in the photograph. The socks are 10 inches long. And that's before they stretch out on your feet. I am disappointment because they are nice and thick with tons of cushioning.

These socks are the best for wearing with work boots. Comfortable, long enough to come over top of lRger boots and wash well. Bought them for a long time.

These were just what I was looking for. Great boot socks to pair with my ugg's. I wear an ankle sock underneath these that I find find adds some warmth and fills out my winter boots a little better.

Comfortable and great in workbooks! Last a lot longer than other ones I've tried.
