There is a window film installation step below.Note:* This window film is only suitable for smooth glass surfaces, and the transparent protective film must be peeled off.* This decorative window film can filter strong light, but it cannot completely block the sun.* Privacy requires a certain distance (the farther away, the better the privacy) Indoors you can see the fuzzy outdoor environment, but outdoors cannot see the indoor environment, so there is no need to worry about being watched (If you need privacy very good window film, please purchase the frosted window film in the shop).* If you have any questions after contacting the window, we will contact us and we will respond and resolve it.Window film installation steps: Step 1. Keep Window or Glass clean. Step 2. Wet the Window or Glass with water( Soapy water will be the best choice ). Step 3. Remove the Static Window Film from backing protect sheet ( Please MAKE SURE you have removed the window film sheet before you apply the window film to glass). Step 4. When you install the film, Apply to wet glass and smooth with a window scraper. Step 5.Scrape off bubbles and excess water. If you want to remove the film, simply peel the window film from any corner. The window film comes off cleanly leaving no residue.

Very reliable product!
Easy to install! I mean it. I hate stick on products for glass but this one works very well.Once installed, still looks great. We live in a climate that can be as high as 120 and as low as 5. DEGREES that is.

The film was the perfect solution to 2 of my problems where privacy was ...
The film was the perfect solution to 2 of my problems where privacy was needed. 1st I used it to cover 10 panels of glass in the sidelights of an entry door. The sparkle adds interest and the square design gave a modern look to an old entry. 2nd, I covered a window sash located in the shower. At night, exterior lights on a neighboring building provide a rainbow of color that was not expected. Easy enough to apply and enough material to do those two projects with film left over.

Easy to install
Just what I was looking for. Just need 2x4 so I had an extreme amount. Still let the sun come in and keeps nosey people out

Random defects/lines in the film.
After hanging the film I noticed several marks and lines on the film. It is also hard to line up one sheet to another when applying side by side sheets. It was easy to hang. I would return it if I hadn't already gone through the trouble of measuring, cutting, and hanging the film.
