Perfect for daily stretching of my tight calves. Easy to assemble and adjust angles.

The angle on this slant board was not great enough for me to get the stretch I need vs. the rocking stretcher that I have already. It also did not feel remotely stable i.e. it felt like it would slip out from underneath me or break easily. I have been in the fitness business as an instructor and trainer for over 30 years and would not recommend this to a student or client.

Board is great for stretching Achilles and calf muscles prior to workouts and playing sports. Light and very portable. Not sturdy enough for both feet. I am 200 lbs. But is a nice piece for getting loose.

It is simple, easy to fold up, we purchased for our kids so we were happy with what it does for them however it seems flimsy and easy to break if they stand on it. Would not recommend this for an adult

At its best it was wobbly. And after a few days the plastic slots on of the support legs clicked in to snapped. Recommend you stay away from this one, it's trash.

I bought this to help me stretch my calves. I like the idea of the design, but it didn’t work for me. I can only use the lowest incline setting — otherwise, I slide off because there isn’t enough friction due to the smooth plastic. Could be improved with a rubberized coating.

Please don't waste your money! This product is cheaply made and unsteady! You may find yourself in the E.R., with a twisted ankle using this piece of junk.
