I’m a massage therapist and use both traditional and non traditional cupping techniques with clients. My other set is nearly impossible to use on myself at home. This enables me to perform cupping safely and effectively on myself. I can’t explain all the benefits that come along with this type of work. It’s not just for cellulite but for overall wellness and health of tissues. It’s also much more forgiving while trying to learn the techniques for beginners because you can easily and safely remove the cup very quickly and gives you more control. Best to use a good lubricant for doing sliding cupping massage. Enjoy!

So I gave this a 3 star because they hurt! The product is amazing and I see why it works but it's painful to me (the suction is the good). The quality of the material is good, very think and the color is beautiful. I haven't used them since the third day I received them.😢Oh, but I do use the rolling wheel instead. It feels better than the cups but it to can hurt of you apply to much pressure.
