Yea u do it’s a great product if u don’t have the lamp u won’t get the best of drying the Nails

Q: Do I need to apply anything on my nails before applying this base coat?

Please do not buy it. Very bad quality. And yes you need to apply base coat

Q: Can it be ues for Acrylics?

Yes you put it on you’re finished with acrylics yes

Q: Can this base coat be used as a base for poly gel nails ?

I don’t use the poly gel so I’m not sure but I would think you could.
