Much better than parchment
Great for getting bread in and out of the Dutch oven (I use a 5 quart). Was getting sick of parchment paper indenting my bread! The holes in either end are a nice addition so you don’t have to grab the silicon itself.

Treated my self to a silicone bread sling and was amazed to find out how it realy did help nomore parchment paper, no more miss shaped loves, lifts in and out with considerable ease. If your looking to buy one don't hesitate it works well and a good price to.
