Very good mattress protector
The mattress protector was as represented. It provides complete protection for the mattress from all sorts of potential issues, including bed bug infestation. It has a fabric type feel ,is soft and flexible. Once installed, you will forget it is there, but it keeps on protecting. I got two more for the other mattresses in the house.

Durable
I needed a waterproof mattress cover to protect my memory foam topper. I bought a queen size that was deep and completely enclosed my topper and mattress! Very durable, as I have washed it 3 times already (thanks to my dog Blu) Affordable and easy to clean. Will be purchasing the king size soon!
