I got Calm. The smell is very unique (I can't easily identify it) & with the preferred method of use with deeply inhaled breaths, it truly is a unique tool to snap you back into the present. As someone who suffers with depression, anxiety & panic disorders, agoraphobia & chronic illnesses/chronic pain, I'd truly recommend this to have in any self-care *toolbox*. I've used it as mental stimulation, calming myself mid-anxiety attack & a pain distraction.It's sometimes hard to remember to slowly breathe, which helps to calm you, so this little tool with a unique smell absolutely helps you to remember to breathe. Kind of tricking you into deep breathing, by saying: smell the smell deeply. That will help get you out of that flight & fight state of constant panic. It's about the size of 2 vape pens side by side each other. Very compact to put in your pocket as a nice reminder.I'm looking forward to trying more flavors!

Want to return it they don’t take it back and now I know why !!It smells like bad and weird smell .Bought the calm one and no one wanted to take it they all said that it smells bad .Wanted to return it and they don’t want to take it back plus there are many cheaper one .That one cost $20 and it’s even not worth it !!!

Really nice and actually helps. I love the scent and it has actually calmed in situations where I have anxiety.

I liked it but it doesn't put out alot of the scent. But maybe 🤔 I need to use it more.to see difference .It also fell apart the bottom came out & the block of scent fell on the floor & broke. So I am not happy with this purchase. I feel as though you should refund me. Only used two wks & now it's in the garbage.... won't buy or recommend this company - products

This one was a huge disappointment, nothing about this one was pleasant. I had such high hopes for this the night before surgery. It never made it past the front door and is a complete waste of money.Unfortunately there is a zero return policy for this item So I so I couldn't even try to return it.

I just got this, so I haven't had a chance to determine the overall benefits yet. My inhaler arrived in excellent shape. The smell is there, strong but not overwhelming. I really love the soft tip design, which is why I chose this product over many others.

The smell is so nice, I’m not sure if it physically helps because of the product or just as a reminder while anxious to stop and focus on something like this item. I’d honestly recommend it, I’m always a skeptic. It’s worth a try.

I agree with the other reviews that there is a slight smell but barely anything to be honest. I prepare other brands over this one. I do like the design but that's about it. Please note you can't return item.

The saint was weak and the design of product is inefficient and broke and fell easily. (Waste of money)
