It's a solid mouse and a gift for lefties
I am a natural leftie but grew up playing videos games right handed. After playing some games with lots of clicking, my right index finger started to swell so I looked into alternatives. It didn't even dawn on me that there are now computer mice and keypads for lefties. So I tried this one. It is really comfortable. Not great for gaming and it took me awhile to get used to the switch the left and right mouse button scheme, where the typical mouse, the left button clicks and the right side brings up a context sensitive menu, but that is reversed for this mouse. It wasn't a big change, but there might be a little frustration at the beginning. I have no problem recommending it. It feels good and works well

wish I had always been using these. I can't go back to normal mice anymore.
(NOTE: This review was written via speech-to-text. There may be some grammical errors or typos.) A couple of weeks ago I got tendonitis in my thumb from drawing and gaming too much. I bought two of these for each hand so that I had one for my left hand while my dominant hand was recovering, and one for my right hand for when my hand recovers. Somehow I got into the situation where both were plugged in on each side of my keyboard. I switch between them regularly. Both of these fit in the hands so well and even though I am absolutely hateful of mice with extra buttons due to accidentally pushing them, they really are not in the way at all. If you have Windows 10 the buttons and sensitivity are fully customizable so please ignore anyone criticizing these points. The track wheel is fantastic. They are well balanced. The material is smooth and pleasant to touch. The blue LEDs are pretty and fashionable. good quality. I am never going back to a normal mouse again. I would have spent twice as much money on these if I knew how nice they would be. It baffles me these are not sold in the average tech section of a department store. I can use the mouse for my dominant hand without my injury flaring up at all. unfortunately I don't have a lot of control over the accuracy of the mouse because my hand brace slows my arm movement but I have no complaints about smoothness of the cursor. when these break down I will be buying another. never ever ever going back to Amazon basics. these are plug-and-play also so don't worry. the perfect mouse.

Excellent Ergonomic Vertical Mouse, But Has Scrolling Issues!
Great mouse for lefties and it really saved my wrist. My only complaint is that wheel doesn't scroll properly in windows 10 or 11. In other words, if you scroll down, it will bounce up and down instead of simply scrolling down. However, you can grab the scroll bar with the pointer and drag it down without issue.

If you're a leftie needing an ergonomic mouse, just buy it already!
Expectations: Since most brands give a hearty "EFF YOU" to lefties, my expectations were to be slightly disappointed while forced into using a modified claw grip, all the while cursing the manufacturer under my breath. This is the state of left handed mice to get a 3 star review from a lefty. *cough*I'm lookin' at you Logitech*cough* Reality & TL;WR: This mouse failed every expecation, and that's why it's a 5 star product. I wasn't forced to use a claw grip to use this mouse, down to two stars. I didn't curse the manufacture while using this mouse, down to one star. Interested in why this is a 5 star left handed mouse? Read on. Lets cover the good parts, and there are plenty... One, this mouse is an actual lefty mouse, no fiddling with settings to reverse the buttons. Is this table stakes? No it isn't. Up one star, making this a two star product. Two, the scroll wheel is nice both for scrolling a middle clicking, once you get past the learning curve (hint: press the middle button with a slight upward motion). The scroll wheel would be outright glorious if the designer had given it a smooth motion instead of the stepper/clicky motion, but it's completely usable. Up from two stars to three stars. As an adult, I can let my fingers relax into a natural position as opposed to adopting a claw grip. Other manufacturers call this "compact," I call it "designed for children in single digit years." Up from 3 stars to 4 stars for considering adult hands. Probably most importantly, is accuracy. This is a wired mouse that suffers from neither lag nor interference. Setting the DPI by the button that DOES NOT GET IN THE WAY, and makes this mouse obscenely accurate. If you spend your day using a mouse in any significant way, you have to appreciate how this mouse JUST WORKS. Up from 4 stars to 5 stars. Finally, if you're looking at this mouse, then, like me, you have a need for a vertical ergonomic mouse. You might not game, or you might be an avid gamer. For me, this mouse relieved the stress I was having, and made mousing comfortable ALL DAY. Up from 5 stars to 6 -- oh, dang! Amazon only allows 5 stars. Long and the short of it is this mouse meets every need you have if you're looking for left handed vertical mouse. Is it perfect? No. Is it next to perfection? For me, you bet! (One nit: Could I pick a different color than just blue for the RGB accent? Yellow would be nice.)

Buttons take too much pressure to click, bad for RSIs
I do not recommend this mouse. Bad: - The buttons take too much pressure to click, especially the middle mouse button (bad for repetitive stress injuries). - There is no custom mouse program to install that allows you to reprogram the buttons, unlike other cheap mice. - I did not find it comfortable. Just the wrong shape. Good: - solid build quality - you can turn off the light

Great for left handed, basic-featured mouse.
So hard to find left-handed mice that aren't just the bog-standard fare. Comfortable, plug and play, scroll wheel responsive, even looks cool and has just the right weight. Highly recommend.

Great price, great quality
Easy plug and play, worked perfectly. This is the 2nd one of these I've bought; the first got left in the office when we closed it for the pandemic. I'm not left-handed but wanted a mouse to use with my left hand to compensate for a too-wide ergonomic keyboard that wasn't ergonomic because the number pad forced my right hand out to the side at an angle. This mouse works smoothly and feels good for my average sized hands. Any lack of accuracy is due to my clumsiness using my non-dominant hand. I'm so glad to find this excellent left-handed vertical mouse at such an affordable price. I would not have risked paying Evoluent vertical mouse prices just to try this.

Mouse wheel stopped working
Well 9 month later and the rubber mouse wheel has separated form the hub, so the part my finger touches spins but the underneath part does not. Occasionally it catches and starts working for a bit, but to unreliable to be useful. I have had plenty of el cheapo less than $10 mouses last years and not stop working like this poor quality one.

Bueno, bonito y barato

Good vertical mouse
Update after ~3years of heavy usage - Overall, very satisfied with the mouse, unlikely I will ever go back to a standard flat mouse post this purchase. The vertical mouse is super comfortable to the wrists. The mouse wheel has started getting wonky, scroll down sometimes results in a scrollup. The other buttons are still fine. Time to purchase a new one. -- After ~1 month of usage. The mouse is angled so that the palm is a near natural position, and helps usage for prolonged duration. While adjusting to the mouse position is almost natural, mouse movements needs some adjustment. The resting pressure point also shifts to the bottom left of the palm compared to the wrist joint in case of a regular mouse. Since there is a DPI switch as well, one needs to play around for optimum settings. The mouse seems to be well built and has an adequate cord length. On the flipside, minor niggles, the mouse buttons are made of shiny smooth plastic, which does not feel nice and is a dust magnet. There is a built in LED that is a bit distracting.

Your righties can I go lefties...
Truly an excellent mouse! I had been using a right-handed mouse for many, many years, and unfortunately, it ended up causing carpal tunnel syndrome. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to switch to a left-handed mouse and how quickly my right hand healed up afterward. I've always preferred a wired mouse, as it seems to hold the button configurations much better and generally runs a lot faster. For an off-brand product, and considering the extremely good price, I would highly recommend this product. This is especially true for any of you righties who are considering switching to a lefty mouse!

Sensor de calidad. Perfecto para el que se tira más horas en la oficina que en casa.
